Coaching Psychology Support
- Coaching psychology sessions combine evidence-based psychological understanding with practical, compassionate support tailored to your individual goals, strengths, challenges, and circumstances.
adhd - Informed Coaching Support
- You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to benefit from this support. Many adults are exploring whether ADHD may help explain lifelong patterns they have struggled with, while others may already have a diagnosis but feel unsure where to turn for practical, psychologically informed support beyond medication alone.
Professional Supervision
- My supervision approach is reflective, supportive, psychologically informed, and grounded in both professional expertise and real-world practice experience.

adhd - Informed Coaching Support
ADHD-informed coaching support for adults who may be navigating ADHD-related challenges, executive functioning difficulties, emotional overwhelm, masking, burnout, procrastination, emotional regulation difficulties, or chronic feelings of struggling to keep up.
Support focusses on:
- Understanding how your brain works
- Reducing shame and self-criticism
- Developing practical and sustainable strategies
- Emotional regulation and overwhelm management
- Routines and consistency
- Confidence and self-trust
- Working with yourself rather than constantly against yourself
While I do not currently provide formal ADHD assessments or diagnostic services, I can support individuals in exploring whether ADHD may be worth considering further and whether pursuing a formal assessment may feel helpful or appropriate for them.
This may include psychologically informed screening conversations, exploring how certain patterns may be impacting everyday life, and helping people navigate appropriate onward referral options where needed.
For some people, gaining clarity through assessment can feel validating and helpful. For others, support around understanding patterns, reducing overwhelm, and developing sustainable coping strategies may feel more immediately important than pursuing a formal diagnosis.
My aim is to help people make informed, compassionate decisions about what support feels most helpful for them personally.
