Accessibility & Flexibility
I understand that reaching out for support can already feel difficult when you are overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, burnt out, anxious, or struggling to keep up with daily demands. My aim is therefore to make accessing support feel as straightforward, manageable, and flexible as possible.
Online sessions can often help reduce:
- travel stress
- time pressures
- sensory overwhelm
- logistical barriers
- energy demands
This can be especially beneficial for individuals experiencing burnout, executive functioning difficulties, anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, or chronic overwhelm.
Which Option Is Right For Me?
Some people strongly prefer the comfort and convenience of online sessions, while others value the experience of meeting face-to-face.
Both options offer the same psychologically informed, compassionate, and collaborative approach.
If you are unsure which format may suit you best, this can also be discussed during an initial enquiry or consultation.
Take The First Step
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, burnt out, questioning whether ADHD may be playing a role, or simply looking for psychologically informed support to help you move forward differently, support is available in a way that feels compassionate, practical, and manageable.
Sessions and services are available online across the UK, with limited in-person appointments available in Stepps, Glasgow.
